College Baseball Match Finder (“Match Finder”), including our Program Quality Index (“PQI”) ratings · Last updated October 8, 2026

Short version: Match Finder is for your personal use while you research college baseball programs. Please don’t scrape it, bulk-copy it, automate access to it, or reuse or redistribute our scores, rankings or methodology. Questions? info@cojomojo.com.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bsbmatchfinder.com and any related pages, private results links, scouting reports, reports, PDFs, forms and tools (together, the “Service”), operated by CoJoMojo LLC, a California limited liability company (“CoJoMojo,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and agree to them on your behalf.

2. Free preview and Full Access

Free preview. Anyone can use the free preview without an account: school lookup with a Scouting Report summary for each program we cover, a sample Match List, the East Carolina example Scouting Report, and our How it works page. Sample lists and example reports are examples. They are not built from your settings.

Full Access. Full Access is a paid product. It includes your personalized Match List across D1, D2 and D3, a full Scouting Report for each program we cover, conference views, additional filters, printing and shareable Match List links. Coverage, data and features may change as we update the Service, and rankings change when the underlying data changes.

Complimentary Full Access. We may grant complimentary Full Access for a set period through invite codes (for example, to press, analysts, coaches or beta testers). Complimentary access is personal to that user, may be revoked, and is otherwise subject to these Terms.

2A. Purchases

Seller. Full Access is sold by CoJoMojo LLC, a California limited liability company.
Price. Full Access costs $39 USD per account for 12 months (or the price shown at checkout), as a one-time payment, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
What you get and for how long. Full Access lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. Each purchase covers one account, tied to the email address you use at checkout. It is for personal use by you and your household. It can’t be shared, resold or transferred. You may share Match List links that the Service creates for that purpose.
Renewal. Full Access does not renew automatically, and you won’t be charged again. When your access period ends, you can choose to buy Full Access again.
Who can buy. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), our payment provider, on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Available payment methods may include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. At checkout you must agree to these Terms before paying. By buying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms as they apply to payment processing. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
Receipts. We or Stripe will email a receipt to the address you give at checkout.

2B. Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, email info@cojomojo.com from the address you used to buy within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to post them. When we issue a refund, Full Access for that purchase ends.
If we end the Service before your access period is over, we’ll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
If a payment is disputed or reversed, or we reasonably suspect fraud, we may suspend Full Access while we look into it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Service and its content — including the PQI name, scores, ratings, stars, alignment labels, rankings, scouting reports, reports, underlying data compilations, methodology, software, text, graphics and design — are owned by CoJoMojo LLC and are protected by copyright, trade-secret and other laws. © 2026 CoJoMojo LLC. All rights reserved. The PQI methodology, including how factors are selected, measured, normalized and combined, is confidential and proprietary.

4. Your limited license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Service and your own results for your personal, non-commercial college-search purposes. You may share your own private results with your family, coach or advisor for that purpose. All other rights are reserved.

5. What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or index the Service, or use bots, scripts, headless browsers or other automated means to access it, query it, or collect content from it;
Bulk-copy, download, export or systematically collect scores, rankings, scouting reports or other content, or build a database, dataset or archive from them;
Call the Service’s internal endpoints outside of the normal use of our web pages, or circumvent, disable or interfere with access controls, sign-in, rate limits or other protections;
Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to reconstruct or derive the PQI methodology, factor weights, formulas or underlying data;
Reproduce, publish, redistribute, sell, license, or make commercial use of any scores, rankings, scouting reports, reports or methodology — including in recruiting services, advising products, rankings, media, apps or competing products;
Use content from the Service to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning or AI models;
Share your sign-in, access codes or private results links publicly, or let others access the Service through your account;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices; or
Use the Service in any unlawful way or in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.

Brief quotation of your own results for personal, non-commercial discussion is fine if you credit “College Baseball Match Finder by CoJoMojo.”

6. Private results links

Results links and PDFs are private to you. Please don’t post or forward them widely. We may disable a link at any time. Shared Match List links store a frozen snapshot of the top programs shown and expire after 30 days. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with people you trust.

7. Informational purposes only

Match Finder is an independent, informational research tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, any conference, or any college or university, and it is not an official ranking. It is not recruiting, admissions, financial, legal or other professional advice, and it does not predict whether you will be recruited or admitted. Match Finder draws on public and third-party sources that may contain errors or be out of date. Always verify important information directly with schools and programs.

8. Your submissions and feedback

You agree the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without obligation to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, payment, security and email services). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 3, 5, 7 and 11–13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COJOMOJO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR US $50.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. We may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to stop scraping, copying or misuse of our content or methodology.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
